Over 20 years ago when Robert Pinchuck developed Seize Assets it was during a period of time when the Collection Industry clients were negatively being affected by the poor economy with the result being that the law firms were receiving less business referrals resulting in less collections and more paper judgments. As a way of counteracting this , Robert set up a way for his members' law firms plus banks and other creditors to locate financial assets on judgments they owned or were working to collect. This added to the income Columbia lawyers and others were receiving and also helped alleviate debt collection issues.
